Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will contact you and offer either a full refund or arrange an alternative delivery date where possible.

Orders Placed before 12 noon will be dispatched same working day.

Oders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be dispatched following working day.

For orders to arrive before national days Christmas etc last order date will be posted on the homepage nearer the date.
All orders are dispatched First Class. For heavy goods a courier will be used. Delivery is charged by weight.
We currently only dispatch in the Uk.
Outside the UK
For orders outside the UK, please phone or e-mail us for a delivery quote as overseas orders postage is charged on a direct weight and size basis. Contact us.
Gifts Delivery
Gifts will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, depending on size and value then we will look at courier and inform you by email.
For gift wrapped service please note when checking out. Gift wrapping service is Free.
Art Work Delivery
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or My Hermes depending on size and value. All artwork will be carefully wrapped.

Click & Collect
We do not currently have the option for click and collect online, if you see something online please email us to preper the order in store and note if you would like it gift wraped. Contact us.
Delayed Orders
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 working days.
Cancelling your order
You may need to cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel any payments made by you will be refunded within 48 hours. You have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours of receipt, where a full refund will be given.
Returns/Refund Policy
We really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund. An exchange or refund will only be offered within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If you would like a refund, once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.

Returns to store
It’s easy! Just take your delivery note and the product you want to return to Oriel Ffynnon store and tell the store colleague that you bought it online. Make sure you also take the payment card you bought the order with.
Conditions
We ask that the items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and with all the original tags and packaging intact. A return form can be sent please email to request a form. Please complete and enclose the Return form with your delivery and please tell us why you are dissatisfied.
Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us.
Return Postage
Unfortunately we can not be responsible for the return postage and recommend that when you post the goods that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
