FAQs

 

When will my order be sent?

We aim to post your package by the next working day, but if you get your order in by noon we will post same day!

Exceptions to this are our handmade gifts - please check the lead times in the product's descriptions for more details.
 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! You can enjoy a little bit of Wales wherever you are. 

We can also deliver gifts to a worldwide address for you, saving you a little money and hassle when buying for friends and family abroad.

How much is postage?

It is worked out by the weight and size of the goods ordered. This can be reviewed before you complete the transaction during the checkout process.

To keep postage at a minimum and save the environment - we sometimes reuse and recycle packaging. After all, its whats inside that counts!

 

Where is my item?

It is rare, but sometimes post will get lost in the mail. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receipt, please email us and we will resend or refund your goods after giving the postal service a good telling off and open a claim. Please let us know within 6 weeks of placing your order, or we may not be able to help and refund / resend your order.

 

My Item arrived damaged, what now?

Oh no! But we use so much bubble wrap! Well, these things happen. Send us a quick snap (to save you the effort and trouble posting it back to us) and we will replace it for you right away. Dim problem o gwbl!

 

How can I pay?

We except all major debit / credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way, though you can use express checkout if you do!

We also accept cheques and postal orders. Just make sure they are in Great British Pounds. For International customers, just ask at your local bank. Email me and I'll process your order.

We also don't accept payment until your items have been delivered.

 

Do you offer Refunds?

I'm sure you will love your items, but if they don't quite fit the bill - rest assured - we have a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or refund.

Simply sent the goods back within within 30 days of receipt and include your proof of purchase. Contact mefirst for the return address.

Goods have to be in a saleable condition. Please ensure the item is unworn, that all labels are still attached and that it is in the original packaging.

Unfortunately any delivery costs cannot be refunded.
